What Do I Do?
It is limitless the way that this could look for each group or each student, but the basic idea is this: For you to be able to answer the question “Who is on my radar?” Meaning “who is the person you are in regular contact with that you are praying for or ministering to?” It is a question that any one of the cell leaders or staff can ask any student at anytime and you know what we are talking about.
Our dream is for you to be able to say someone from each of your classes, school teams or clubs, and even others you see in the lunch room. That you truly know you are ministers wherever you are.

A radar is a device that locates objects in the same vicinity. We want students to become aware at all times of who is in their vicinity and how they can minister to those people. If they can learn to develop this mindset then every classroom, every team, every friend, every family member, every person behind the counter, every neighbor, becomes a platform for them to reveal the love of Christ. We want students to understand that the baseball team they are put on is not by accident, rather planned by God, and that their number one goal is not to win games, but to be a witness for Christ. Every arena in a student’s life is an opportunity for ministry.
Our desire is for you, the students, to grasp three things:
1. God has a purpose to have you in NWA at this time.
2. Every encounter and every relationship you have is an opportunity for ministry.

Be very careful, then, how you live —
not as unwise but as wise,
making the most of every opportunity,
because the days are evil.
- Ephesians 5:15-16
